Must pass an Enhanced DBS check

  • Must pass Enhanced DBS check & provided First Aid Training.

  • Will be provided with tailored, person-centred training to meet the individual needs of their passengers.

  • Must operate in accordance with company policies and safeguarding/license requirements. (Implied by training and licensing references).

Drivers

Must hold or be able to obtain a private-hire licence.

  • Enhanced DBS check and a Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) Group 2 medical are mandatory.

  • Many local authorities also require a successful driving assessment with an ADI (Approved Driving Instructor).

  • Must commit to reading and understanding licensing obligations and company policies.
